Registration is confirmed when any required registration information and payment have been received.
Cancellations and Refunds

If Lead Learner Associates cancels an event, registration fees paid directly to Lead Learner Associates will be refunded. If an event must be rescheduled, registrants will be given information about the new date and any available refund or transfer options.
Lead Learner Associates is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by participants in connection with an event.
Books and Other Resources
Books and other resources purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer are subject to the retailer’s terms, shipping policies, and return and refund policies.
For any products purchased directly from Lead Learner Associates, applicable shipping, return, or refund information will be provided at the time of purchase.
