Lead Learner Associates was created in 2013 by its Founding Partners, Jeanie Cash and George Manthey. We believe that a too often overlooked responsibility of school leaders involves the need for leaders to fully understand how those they lead, learn. To that end we are creating products and services that will increase the skills of educational leaders to positively influence learning and teaching.
Jeanie (B.A., Whittier College; M.A., University of LaVerne) served as an elementary principal for 14 years in Bellflower and Los Alamitos. She has served both Chino Valley and Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School Districts as associate superintendent.
George (B.A., Willamette University; M.A., University of San Francisco; Ed.D., University of California, Santa Cruz) served as principal for 10 years in Los Gatos and Los Altos. Until 2013 he served as the Assistant Executive Director, Educational Services, for the Association of California School Administrators.
